Some people who have kale allergy also experience severe reactions like shortage of breath, wheezing, dizziness and fainting that may possibly lead to anaphylactic shock. Though anaphylactic shock may seem very uncommon, it can turn out serious or fatal if it is not dealt with immediately.
Indeed, eating foods is very important for us to get through the day without feeling empty, tired, and hungry. However, it is also good to remember that it is better to be careful and choosy in terms of the food that you are going to feed your body to, because there are some foods that can just do you bad than good such as kale.
