If you are taking any MAO inhibitors, your doctor will not prescribe you with this drug at all. This is because there could be a fatal interaction between the two drugs. You should not take any MAO inhibitors for 2 weeks after the conclusion of the Pliva 433 treatment otherwise you will cause yourself issues (i.e. it could lead to death)
Side-Effects
There are several side-effects to using Pliva 433. However, thankfully, they do not seem to appear all that much. The most common side-effects are:
- Change in weight
- Diarrhea
- Drowsiness
- Dizziness

- Constipation
- Change in your interest in sex may change.

- Changes in vision
- Widened pupils
